Originally a teacher and football coach, Jack demonstrates his passion for helping others by assisting in the development of financial plans that give clients confidence their retirement will take them to the places they’ve dreamed about and their assets will be protected.

Jack joined Graham Capital Advisors in 2018 following his own retirement from a career in the corporate world that included stints with Bridgestone Corporation and Michelin. He plays an integral role in starting Graham Capital clients on their unique paths to retirement by engaging prospects and making initial calls, collaborating on financial strategies and maintaining client communication throughout the onboarding process.

“I think you either want to help people or you don’t,” Jack says. “When you help someone, that’s what they remember. You get to know your clients. They’re not a number. They’re people that have families, they have concerns, they have fears, and you can only take care of that if you really know them well.”

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and also took various business classes while attending Rice University’s business school. In addition to being a credentialed Estate Planner, Jack also holds annuity and life insurance licenses.

A resident of Sarasota, Florida, Jack and his wife, Shirley, have two daughters, a son and three grandchildren. When he isn’t teaching and coaching clients, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and devoting time to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
